Ripening is relative to each fruit type's own harvest window (Early, Mid, Late, Very late), with the actual timing noted. Basis says whether every claim is backed by the listed sources or partly comes from general knowledge. Bloom group, ploidy, and fertility come from your purchase sheet, not from these sources.
Habit, bark, and leaves appear only where a source describes that specific cultivar or species. The box at the top of each fruit group describes the type in general. Where a profile has nothing of its own, compare your tree with the tagged trees of the same type and write down what you see (see the ID log sheet and the data guide).
